A busy cafe nero in the terminal. Typical food and drink offering, some seating but none available during our visit. Friendly staff, but big queues.

Very nice atmosphere with classical music playing. The staff were very polite and friendly. I had a cappuccino while waiting for my bus. There could be more chairs as there is only one comfy sofa so if there is a group of people they would need to stand.

Great experience at Caffè Nero! The coffee is really good: rich, aromatic, and perfectly made. I’d also like to give a big thank you to Divya for her outstanding customer service: always smiling, friendly, and helpful. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality: she made my coffee break even better. Highly recommended!

Lovely place with a friendly atmosphere and great matcha! The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better. However, the toilets were quite dirty, which was disappointing. A bit of attention there would make the experience perfect.

Thought the barista was very friendly but he asked me to open my Nero app and give him 5 stars even though I hadn’t got my drink yet which I thought was odd. Whilst I was waiting I also noticed there were lots of flies on the food behind the counter which I thought was very unhygienic. I think there should be covers on the cakes because I’d be very unhappy if I ordered that

A nice relaxing branch of Caffè Neros. A bit of a wait but was lucky to get a seat & table, so no biggie. The Latte was nice though I've had better elsewhere & the chicken & Bacon toastie was very good. Would definitely visit again.
